Job Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position preferred.
Minimum 1 year cargo handling, warehouse, logistics, freight forwarding or ramp experience.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and other specialized cargo equipment, with a willingness to learn and master additional tools as needed for cargo servicing operations; Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with basic computer proficiency, including typing and familiarity with common applications; Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment and supporting a respectful, safety-focused culture; Must be flexible and adaptable to changes necessary for achieving the organization’s objectives, including new procedures, schedules, and operational requirements; Able to handle luggage weighing up to 70 lbs., with assistance or reasonable accommodation available as needed to support passenger and baggage services.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for operating company vehicles and equipment.

Handles inbound and outbound cargo and baggage to ensure shipments are processed safely, accurately, and on time while complying with airline, airport, IATA, FAA, TSA, and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process cargo documentation for inbound, outbound, and transfer shipments and maintain accurate cargo records.
Accept, build up, break down, and release cargo in accordance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate cargo loading and unloading activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and baggage.
Operate and inspect ground support equipment used for cargo and aircraft servicing, reporting equipment defects as needed.
Maintain a safe and organized cargo warehouse and perform other related duties as assigned.
